Fives Respect
The Fives’ Respect campaign is integral to the nature of our company.
Fives believes that 5-a-side football is a platform for social interaction, stress relief, and healthy banter; it is NOT an outlet for aggression or an excuse to intimidate. This is true for activity on and off our pitches. Thus, it is not tolerated amongst players, referees, or staff.
To stop the Zinadine Zidanes, Eric Cantonas, and a-likes from ruining the experience for others, Fives has invested heavily in their refereeing staff. Referees take part in vigorous training sessions before being deployed to any games. They are taught the skills of mediating, managing, and controlling the tempo and temper of the game and players, for the good of a better match.
